What a weekend so far....Did an interview Saturday morning last minute in DC. then had to run to Forest hills for my nephews birthday and then had to run to Baltimore for my friend Amy's birthday.
Interview was basic, nothing special, I'll probably stick with the job I have unless they offer me some big bucks.
My nephew's birthday went pretty well. Got to see all my neices and my nephew, my Sister, brother in law, my brother, sister in law, and my mother. Was a fun time, plus my nephew loved my gifts.
He's an 8 year old Yu-Gi-Oh nut, so of course I cater to that.
Amy's birthday was amusing...just got home from that and I don't think I should have driven. Oh well, I'm not trashed, but I can tell I'm a lil tipsy. Spent the night talking to a few of her friends, one of which owns a tattoo parlor, so I think I may have to try his place out. Was a good time drinking and having fun. Ended up going to some club/bar place after the 1st bar which made me ill. good girl/guy ratio for me, but the pounding bass music added with the alcohol made me want to leave early. So now I'm home, almost fell down a few times from my car to my apartment. I'm tipsy, but I was carrying two big bags of books. Shit weighs a lot. that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it.
I'm in the mood to see a movie now, maybe I'll go see final destination 3 tomorrow/today, whatever day it is. If anyone's up for a film near Baltimore, hit me up. Hope you all have a great weekend.
I hate ants! Before I fell asleep, I noticed an ant on the floor. So I killed it...and me being me went to look for more. I found more.
I spent a good two hours early this morning just cleaning the floor and killing whatever ants i found. There weren't too many, but I don't want any in my apartmemnt. Now, it's not like I keep a dirty place, I dont, they aren't even in the kitchen, just in the corner of the living room near my TV. There's no food there, but now there's those ant traps and raid all over there. Bastards must die!
