I have a very close friend who is diabetic so his fridge was always stocked with diet cola. It really didn't take me very long to develope an addiction for the taste and ever since then I almost can't enjoy a meal without it. It's really a mixed blessing at times.

Myself, I am a black and white kinda guy. But I know what you mean about not having a dark room and the smells that go with it. I personally LOVE the smell of fixer too. It's weird TMAX fixer has just a bit of a sweeter smell. And that's why I love using TMAX better than regular process films.

UGH... Now is when I walk to the basement and just HOPE I can find a small darkroom space... ugh..
