I've inherited a mess. I came in to help finish up a project for my company overseas (Kuwait). The guy I replaced was completely and utterly incompetent. It's a shit show to say the least. Trying desperately to fix things in the 4 months I have here. He had 14 months fuck things up. I have a small fraction of that time to not only fix, continue day to day operations, but to close out the project too. I don't want to be left holding the bag so. I am sure they know. That's why the other guy is out and I am in.
