Long story short I put an offer on a house yesterday, they countered, and so did we. I had to wait till today to here their reply. They accepted!

I hope to have pictures of it in my album tonight. gotta compress images n such.

I bought a repo house. it needs alot of work. I understand this. It's kinda trashed. please look at it with an imaginative eye. Think of what it will be, not what it is. I may keep it, I may sell it, I bought it to make money on. COOL? I think so. Just had to get that out b4 the people that care for me go, "what the hell are you buying that piece of shit for," LOL
