After being back home for just a few short weeks, I think it might be time to hit the road again. I'm off to New Orleans for a couple days this weekend, should be a fun trip. And I just got a very interesting job offer yesterday which might take down to the Caribbean for a stretch. I've always wanted to live on the water, and I've been meaning to try my hand in the world of the private chef... Off we go!
