All right. I have not been on here in a little while which pisses me off because I love this site. My mind has been elsewhere. The job hunt is still on and I am very close to running out of money. I had a horrible interview at Lane Bryant the other day. The woman just stood in the middle of the sales floor and asked me random questions. The manager kept looking me over like I was dressed like a homeless person or something. I just thought of it as a bad interview and told myself there would be more. Well, Saturday I got a call from Lane Bryant and the woman said she wanted me to come back for a formal interview. It's only 30 hours a week, but 30 hours is better than nothing, plus I can keep looking for a job after I get hired.
So, while I have been preoccupied with my job hunt I have been neglecting to keep in contact with some of my friends. The other day I finally called my friend Annette and she told me that her doctor had found a tumor in her uterus and they don't know if it is cancerous yet. She is holding up well though. She has two kids and said they are keeping her busy and also keeping her sane about it.
I have more news but really don't feel like writing the whole thing out right now, it's kind of a long story.

mekanik:
I don't know why but I find it strange that they interviewed you in the middle of sales floor. I guess it's good they called you back though. Good luck.
idyll:
Good luck with the job hunt! I have an interview tomorrow. Fingers crossed for both of us!
