Earlier in the year, Alejandro (a friend I made in the ninth grade) told me that he was going to be moving to Kentucky, and he would like to hang out with me and a few others before he leaves here. We weren't really that close, but we did talk from time to time, and the news did sadden me a bit. We didn't have too many chances of seeing each other before he moved, but we tried to make the best of it. He moved this past Saturday, so I wanted to make sure I hung out with him the week of the move. On that Wednesday, we decided to meet up for some bowling, and he was going to be bringing along Caroline. Had no problem with that at all. I'd like to meet new people. The more, the merrier, right? After three games of bowling (won all three, and I finally got a turkey with a new ball :P), we went to IHOP and roamed around Wal-Mart for the rest of the night. Although, I was going to be losing a friend locally, I gained one that night, so I came out even. :P Before parting ways, we ended up spending the next night at Caroline's house watching RoboCop, which I did enjoy. After that, we ended up playing Uno, billiards, and sat by the pool and talked for a while before parting ways. It was totally worth the two hours of sleep I got before heading into work. :P I'll be hanging out with Caroline tomorrow evening, but it'll be different with Alejandro being away.
