2 month anniversary yesterday! Yaaay!
At dinner we each picked a topic that we hadn't yet discussed yet, that was reasonable serious. Being that we've spent 50 of those 62 days together consecutively, we'd covered a ton already. Exes, family history, past medical issues, what have you.
Last night we covered the ooky topic of money. We're on the same page. Good deal.
I've also come to the conclusion that I have two goals for the month of February:
-Lose 3 lbs of fat
-Stop picking at my fingernails (pinkies)
May sound dumb, but I want to lose 10 more lbs of fat by summer. I could lose 10lbs easy if I cut back my food intake or did Atkins or whatever, but 10lbs of fat gone looks like 20+ of the other method. So the goal for Feb is 3. I've been just keeping steady, and not pushing myself at the gym as much..along with eating out more and getting back to snacking at work. *tsk tsk*
No, I don't think I'm some gargantuan monster, but I do have some non-necessary smoosh to lose. And my goal is soooooo close I can taste those size 6's.
I've had the disgusting habit of tearing at my fingers ever since I can remember. It just needs to stop. But it's a nervous vice. I'm going to start one finger at a time. This month, no pinky picking!

hey jeanie, i had weighed about 169 2.5 years ago and i lost now i weigh around 142. i did it not from exercising but not eating sugar and not eating refined carbs. in other words just eat fruit, veggies, meat and limited dairy. i know, i know, it sucks buts it works. my waiste was a 33 now its a 29. its so small that i have to wear girls jeans. im a 5/6.
