Another day of baby poo. I think the problem is that we're potty training him and he's doing great with it, but when his diaper is dirty, he takes it off. So if he poops in the morning or at nap time, he's not going to stay in it.
Anyway, I'm working on life right now and it's going to be awesome. Some months ago, we got a second car, that was nicer than or other car, we put our son in day care, and I got a job. That lasted about a month, then the car broke down, I lost my job, and my son had to be taken out of day care. Also, the medicine that helped my focus and memory, that I had been taking for a month went from $16 to $158. Oh yeah, then our other car broke down. We borrowed $1200 to get our old car fixed, because the newer one would cost more and I went back to being a stay at home dad.
Now, we have to save up money again, so we can get our other car fixed and pay for a month of day care, so I can get a job, but I can't find a job anyway. So I came up with a plan. First, I need to learn to work on cars, because I can't afford to keep getting car work done, then get AAA, since my wife drives so far to work every day. We need money for a month of day care saved up. I need a decent resume, so I need help making it decent, maybe professionally done. I need a TWIC card, so I can get a job working off shore... then I need to find a job.
My car's running better than it has in a long time. I've only got a little more car work to do before I'm really comfortable with leaving for three weeks to a month for work. We have AAA. I applied for my TWIC card and should have it in a month or so. We should be able to save up money for day care in a month or so. I still need to get my resume done and then find a job.
If I can find a job when the time comes, all should be awesome. Unfortunately, my poor wife will have a lot more responsibilities, I'll miss time with my son, and I'll miss some school stuff for my teen, but if I can do this, we'll live a lot more comfortably and actually have money to do extra stuff.
I'm optimistic and excited.

I thought I might leave this sight because it's where I have met a few people who have hurt me a lot. But that would be letting the bad memories win, and have the upper hand ( so to speak ). I realized that I have a couple of friends on this site, whose opinions I value and would miss if I left. Even though you guys are just " online " friends - you help to keep me motivated and feeling positive. Thank you for that.
