Fun, white-tablecloth casual eatery offering great Italian food under a Roman ruin decor.
The concept is positioned between the fine-dining and casual chains, with a menu emphasis on food that is fresh, made-to-order and made using authentic Italian cooking methods.
Our subtitle "Cucina Italiana" or "Italian Kitchen" is appropriate in that all of the cooking is done exhibition style _ in full view of the guest. We have among the highest average unit sales in the industry and has been voted "Best Italian" in Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and New Orleans. The average BRAVO! Cucina Italiana seats 200 guests in 6,800 square feet of space.
I'm excited. I used to be a server, back in the days that I worked, and I really enjoyed it. For the first time ever, I'm going to be the only person in our relationship with a job. Hopefully, Urblueygrl will have another job in a week or so, since we cost to much to live off of my job alone. I think she's enjoying the time off. I'm happy she gets to have it. Also hopefully, they won't make me work on Saturday. We're having a BBQ at my wife's parent's house. We are hoping to see people that we haven't seen very much in the past three and a half years. Other than the BBQ, Friday makes it one year of me being cancer free. I had my surgery last year on Aug 10.
We're almost out of money and we have no car, but we are doing fantastic and we are very happy.
congrats on the job
Congrats on the milestone...that is great news.
