First meal of the day (Almost 4PM):

Ice
Soy milk
Soy protein powder
Banana
Cinnamon
Vinalla extract

And Blend! It's yummy.

When we first got together, I used to make chocolate or oreo milkshakes all the time. I survived mostly off of milkshakes and fried food at home and diner food, which was coincidentally mostly milkshakes and fried foods. It's amazing how many things have changed in the past five years. A long time ago, I thought that soy milk and healthy foods were awful. Now, I still don't care for most of them, but I try.

Last time I went to Louisiana, the diner I used to go to was crappy. New people were there, they had a new menu and the food sucked. The menu was pretty pitiful, but they were still having a lot of problems recovering from Hurricane Katrina. I used to love thier roast beef po'boys, now beef makes me sick. Most of the time I can eat a burger or something small and I won't have a problem. I guess it's better that way, I'm just still getting used to it, but I want to become a vegetarian again one day. I used to think being a vegetarian was really dumb and I don't think I had heard of vegan, but when I did, I just didn't get it. My wife said that a coworker can't eat carrots because they are too fattening, they have carbohydrates... People are so stupid.

LOL I got distracted looking up carbohydrates, weight loss and exercise information. I have a lot more knowledge about all of this stuff right now... In an hour, it will mostly be gone.

I thought I had something else to type about, but I've forgotten and I've got some stuff to do anyway.
