Hello everyone!
Hope that you are all doing well this morning! Sorry that I haven't been posting like I have been wanting too, that's on me, especially with how crazy things have been these past couple of months. I finally got some leg pics out there :-D perhaps I'll be getting a boob shot out there in the not too distant future ;-)
So mainly what's been going on for awhile is that I've been working on the courage for coming out to my family and long time friends about my identity, about who I see myself as a woman and where I want to see myself in the next several years, because it is beyond important to have goals, aspirations and dreams for ourselves and to shoot for them, regardless of what happens. Our happiness has to come first before we can make anyone else happy. This has been a slow process for me since there was a lot of pressure to keep who I really am out of the spotlight, but now that the door has been opened I am taking full advantage of it. Of course go figure that I found this out for myself as I live deep in the South, which that in itself is another issue. I'm working on doing everything I can to move me and my spouse out of the South permanently, it's just a matter of finding the job possibility and location we can both be happy with. Granted we wouldn't mind Florida either ;-)
So this is a question I want to post for all of my lovely ladies out there; what does womanhood mean for you? What does it mean to be a woman? I know this is going to be different for all of us, some of us having lived it all of our lives, some of us just starting out on this path, or even those of us that haven't spent the time on examining this about ourselves recently. @midnightsun :-) thanks especially girl for helping me to come more and more out of my shell these past couple of months!
