I can run a half-marathon in 2 hours, 25 minutes and 56 seconds.
Average pace is 11:06 per mile, not terrible for a noob runner.

One of the reasons I got this brand was because I had read reviews that said that they were ready to wear as soon as you put them on... that there was almost no breaking in necessary.
I can say that is pretty true. They have been comfy since day one.

I did a 9 minute mile once in my life....and I thought I was about to die. But I do enjoy a good 2 mile jog when I can. Sadly my health is not cooperating but I'm hopeful to get back out on the streets again.
Do you have a group you run with? Or a training cycle?

I was at Lowes today and American Tradition had a bunch of colors that I really liked.
Choosing paint is really tough for me. My carpet is sorta white...my furniture is all black stuff from Ikea.
I was sorta thinking do sandstone as a main color with red or black trim. Maybe do one wall red or the ceiling.
Just not good when it comes to this stuff.

my mom was a super bitch and convinced my dad to paint the house an ungodly shade of yellow (the color before you at the white or black) and then as she watched him paint the house for weeks she must have laughed her ass off cause as soon as he finished she divorced him, sticking him with the house so yellow its reflection can be blinding. what a bitch! :whaever:

see i'm worried about doing violence against women activism straight up because i'm very easily triggered. so i'm hoping to find something like planned parenthood or women's issues in general to jam on until i'm more stable and less easily triggered. but that's a definite goal i'd like to work up to.
i just bought my vagina monologues tickets...which was just basically giving $20 to domestic violence charities on behalf of my bf and myself. that really made me smile.
