One of the reasons I got this brand was because I had read reviews that said that they were ready to wear as soon as you put them on... that there was almost no breaking in necessary.
I can say that is pretty true. They have been comfy since day one.
I did a 9 minute mile once in my life....and I thought I was about to die. But I do enjoy a good 2 mile jog when I can. Sadly my health is not cooperating but I'm hopeful to get back out on the streets again.
Do you have a group you run with? Or a training cycle?
My brother and his wife run half marathons. They've got these complicated running systems. But it sure sounds like fun.
Wait...how can they stop you from fishing for certain fish? That doesn't make sense. I mean you don't know what you have until they've got a huge hook coming out the side of their face...at that point isn't is sorta too late to sort out and say "uh oh it's not Trout Season...better throw it back..."
Does sound like quite a busy day! Pedicures rule
PS...from forever ago (you know me, ever running behind..)
You are so right about Aunthood. I am all about having absolute minimum responsibility when it comes to kids. And the whole "hey she's crying...oh momma come and take her" is pretty damn sweet. Though I feel kinda bad. But I am UTTERLY unfit for maternity. So it's okay. I'll be cool Auntie Seph.

1. I am loving this whole pride of home ownership thing. The house has been eating up all my free time and I dont even care! We just finished painted our living room, dinning room and hallway interiors a lovely shade of green, called rye grass from Behr in a flat finish. Oh, and our celings... Read More
my mom was a super bitch and convinced my dad to paint the house an ungodly shade of yellow (the color before you at the white or black) and then as she watched him paint the house for weeks she must have laughed her ass off cause as soon as he finished she divorced him, sticking him with the house so yellow its reflection can be blinding. what a bitch! :whaever:
hey are still coming by c-bus this weekend? we're having a huge SG event on saturday night i'm sure you and your guests would be quite welcome.
we're going bowling! (oh man that sounds geeky but fun) and out for pizza...
yeah i am bummed you couldn't come by. skully's is a lot of fun.
will you still love me when i'm in my carbohydrate, sequin-jumpsuit, young-girls-in-white-cotton-panties, waking-up-in-a-pool-of-your-own-vomit, bloated, purple, dead on a toliet phase?
alright. party. bonus.
of course i slipped wayne's world into my journal. i'm a movie quoting fool. especially wayne's world. it's such a fave of mine.
see i'm worried about doing violence against women activism straight up because i'm very easily triggered. so i'm hoping to find something like planned parenthood or women's issues in general to jam on until i'm more stable and less easily triggered. but that's a definite goal i'd like to work up to.
i just bought my vagina monologues tickets...which was just basically giving $20 to domestic violence charities on behalf of my bf and myself. that really made me smile.
it's okay honey! i did the same thing for a month myself...it happens!
hope whatever's going on with you is good stuff
we totally should get together. sadly i don't have a car so it might be interesting finding a place to meet but i bet we could work it out! also there's going to be an SG CBUS bowling outing on the 28th. but we can maybe schedule around it...or you could come...or something! we'll figure something out
you're very very welcome! love ya! big big big big big hugs for one busy SP!
No, I was not tagged, I am just a little bored and you need to more about me.
1. I have married for just over 1 year to a wonderful man who is younger than me.
2. I went to a vo-tech high school, for Marketing & Management, focusing on Apparel & Accessories. My parents did not want me to go. They thought I was... Read More
Its ok. My part time job has turned into full time without meaning too. But man...did I forget how just utterly annoying retail is, especially yarn and ditzy old ladies who don't know how to knit and think its ok to take up two hours of your time...YARGH!!!
I'm going to hopefully apply to school one of these days. I requested two applications...never received one...isn't that weird?
