Ok, SO much for giving up smoking, I tried and failed well sort of failed, I had a real bad day at work yesterday and had a ciggie at about 4:00pm yesterday and continued to smoke til last night..

However I am now suffering with the mother of all sore throats and a miserable series of cold sweats !! had to change my sheets twice...

Yo, Right have taken a massive step today, I have given up smoking as of 4 this morning I am now a none smoker.... And am feeling good about myself.. Im sure I will start feeling like crap soon though!!! bought a load of chewing gum and lollipops !! wish me luck smile

Hello, Hope everyone had a good Christmas and NYE !! Have just uploaded some new Pic's of new Ink I have had done, I have now finished my thigh piece with all the flowers now done, take a look !!
