So we're almost there. Sunday afternoon. T minus three hours and counting.

Last night I went to meet my friend Nancy to go see Gogol Bordello at Irving Plaza. My second time seeing them there and again, they were impressive as all hell and had us jumping around and dancing the whole time. During one song they fed out an entire drum kit into the audience who held them aloft while the lead singer stood on the crowd and played a drum solo. It was interesting that the croewd actually returned the drums to the front of the stage after the whole bit was done.

I'm kind of tweaky and nervous about this evening. High expectations at all. We'll see.
