Met la plus grande dimensions (largeur ou hauteur) 800 ou 600 pixels, (en t'assurant que l'option "garder les proportions est coche).
Puis sur photoshop par exemple tu as l'option: Fichier > Enregistrer pour le Web, l tu la met en jpg et hop fini.
