Wooooh what the fuck is going on? I am an updating maniac this month
I have been going through all of my old messages on a purge and delete mission. All friendship requests have been granted and just let me say this about that you people are fucking AWESOME!!! Seriously to have so many cool individuals taking an interest in your life and or leaving ultra sweet compliments is both amazing and a little scary. Scary only because my hermit-ish ways can be off-putting and may come across as snobbery or indifference. I can assure you it is NEITHER and I am just a hard-working albeit wack bitch with a serious need for solitary confinement. There have been untold arguments between me and Mad Monkey regarding my complete and utter disdain for modern forms of communication. What can I say .. just call me the next Unibomber.
The fact remains however that I really and truly love the people I have met here. Yes our strings will remain attached, even if I have to brutally sever a few million others when I finally master this universal connection idea.
A few things on my mind today
- When is the next Immortal Technique finally coming out? I cannot wait. I listened to the last cd so much it is burnt eternally into my psyche.
- I think it is hilarious how long certain foreign movies take to break out on the North American theatre circuit. I saw both Fearless and Tom Yung Goong many months ago. Both movies are fucking Amazing, but really sad too. Watch, but don't say I didn't warn you.
- What passes for Ultimate Fighting on this continent is a joke. How I long for the day when mad Monkey steps into the ring and shows them what an Ultimate Fighter should look like. Watching a bunch of beefcakes in tight manties writhe around on top of each other is NOT ultimate fighting. But I guess this is what people want to see???? Yeah right .. how about some Mad Monkey iron shirt action instead. Watching him pummel Rich the Bitch into a bloody pulp, would be a dream come true. However I think there must be some sort of mechanism in place to ensure that truly talented fighters and kung fu geniuses are excluded. I hope not .. but it seems to fit a general pattern of cowardice and weakness. How sad.
- I have just purchased a new system of meditation that promises the results I am looking for. Think What the Bleep Do We Know meets Lovecraft's The Strange Case of Charles Dexter Ward and you'll have an idea of what I am going for. Uh huh that's right all you fake corporate and political fuckers laugh now, shit your pants later!!!!!!!
- I am becoming even more obsessed with graffiti. It is such a beautiful art form, but let me ask this where is all the political stenciling I documented all over the rest of the world? Europe has some of the finest stenciling I have ever seen. When is that kind of artistic statement coming here?? Soon I hope. Don't get me wrong, seeing those wild style names is cool but let's add a little substance to style shall we. Oooh .. you should check this out Cove One Rules! Guess what we were doing last weekend...
yes to your comments on u fighting. the best battle i saw (several years ago on payperview) was between two hulking 300+lb bouncers that were TRULY PISSED. awsome! i was jumping out of my chair and screaming everytime one of those fat boys (and i say that respectfuly) would curse "fuck you!" and toss another body hit. a lot different from the show i watched a month or three ago, with all the guys living in the same house. wtf?!
i have no idea what the fuck you're talking about with your new meditation system, but if it werks, its good. i was into some moving meditation today. out in the the front of the gruppo. trying to lay some pain onto the "boss" for several miles and do the club colors proud. zoning out and concentrating on breathing and spinning. dropping back to swerv around a tree and almost ran into the guy who broke way w/ us (he didn't see me dropping back). his exclamation was '"sorry! i was in the zone".
embrace and love the pain! ("its not a cheap high. but i like it." exclaimed the boss afterwards.)
