I have been in a very upbeat mood lately. I don't know if I've made any 'important discoveries' about myself but I have definitely been keeping my emotions in check. Can't say I've had any mental breakdowns or crying or even whining for that matter. I've found out that putting pressure on myself is a good thing and when things get tough it's good for me. My mind hasn't been on the german girl as of late although I still think about her a lot. I miss my MP3 player though and I've used it as an excuse to not work out. I hope I don't get into this rut of inactivity and gain weight.
