Yeay! I will finally cook tonight. I fought the crowds of after work shoppers at Wild Oats, Trader Joes and Albertsons to correct all of the requisite ingredients. I shall make my favorite casserole now. It has all four major food groups - including fruits and veggies. I forgot the avocados, but oh well. It has been so long since I had time to cook.

I went to Borders to look for a new Vegetarian cookbook today. No luck, so casserole it shall be.
