Ok, my feelings about Obama leaning toward Marxism aside I want to make a couple of things clear. CRYSTAL CLEAR.
First, I want him to succeed in helping this country. I want everyone to prosper and to have good health, etc. My feelings about how to do this are totally different then what Obama has in mind. I don't agree with spreading the wealth. I work for my money and I give it as I see fit. I want every millionaire in this country to do what he/she sees fit with their money as well. Why in the hell would I be entitled to the money that John Millionaire busted his ass 16 hours a day to build his business so that he could go from Joe the plumber to John Millionaire?
I know not everyone can work. We have to help them. I get that. I am just sick and fucking tired of everyone else wanting a nanny state so they can lay on their asses and get paid by the government for being big ol' do nuthings. I am sick and tired of idiots who take loans for $400,000 homes when their income only dictates that they can afford a $90,000 home. Then to top that when the shit hits the fan because they did this then it somehow becomes everyone else's problem because they DESERVE help. Bullshit. I live within my means to the best of my ability and I'm not helping anyone out who is that fucking stupid with money and that fucking self-centered to think they deserve help out of a mess they created in the first place because they wanted to keep up with the Jones'.
That's just how I feel about that little part of things. Damn, can you imagine the size of this blog if I ran down how different I feel about terrorism (you can't talk to people who want to cut your head off and they'd cut Obama's off too because they hate this country and freedom), the war, the way libs can only run their mouths toward conservatives in a namecalling fashion rather then have a discussion, partial birth abortion...ETC.
Lastly, for this blog anyhow, because I differ with Obama's ideas politically and with policy does not make me a rascist. I could give a shit if the man is purple I wouldn't have voted for him with his marxist beliefs. I don't want a nanny state and I don't want anyone telling me how to live or whether I can have transfat or smoke (which I don't). If Condi had run I'd have voted for her. If JC Watts had run I'd have voted for him. I agree with how they want to accomplish things.
See, when a liberal democrat can't discuss facts they throw rhetoric. Simple. Common sense and level headed liberals are grown, have looked into the facts and the records of running politians and can discuss or simply agree to disagree without being disagreeable. I love those people and have many of those types of friends here on SG.
To those of you who don't know shit from shinola about politics and policies then want to call people names because you don't agree I say this...

Regardless, even if I hadnt' wanted to vote for Obama, I would've voted against McCain because he's had Bush's fist up his ass for the last four years and added that albatross Palin to his ticket. Having some religious nutball who thinks Jebus is a'comin and being able to see Russia from across a straight makes her versed in foreign policy is simple NOT anyone I want a heartbeat away from the Presidency, especially when that heartbeat belongs to a 72 year old with a history of melanoma.
i was dealing with the financial aid worker in the hospital and it all started with me not being in the system...
from there things got more confused. i played the big waiting game that day, i tell ya. New Mexico has an idigent program and i applied for it. things will work out as they will.
