Why does stuff like this always happen to me?
I feel like it's all my fault, like I'm some horrible person who somehow has asked for this, deserves this.

I just don't know what to do anymore.

hey there - sorry to hear things have gone to crap. take a week off before starting to look for another job! it will do you good to just relax, read a book or 10, get your place back in order, etc...

on the bright side, there's the Sun!

I agree with Rabidus. If you can afford to, take a week off just to rest and think happy tawts for a bit.
