The new bakary is unbelievably challenging. I'm busting out 10-15 cakes a day, whereas the chef can bust out a sweet ass cake in 10 minutes, spray painted design and all! I miss my fondant, and chocolate showpieces, but I know that I need to broaden my skill set with even the most basic occasion cakes.
On another note, I'm halfway through the trimester and feeling pretty damn good about chosing to study entrepreneurship. I'm kicking some butt grade wise and I feel like I have already pulled so much knowledge out of my classes that i'm itching to get out there and start my business!
My beau is officially in Israel, as of yesterday, and so the 10 month countdown begins!

I'm mosaicing a box to match a "bowl" I bought for my best friend, for his birthday....I think I'll put a skull on it.

Oh yeah, and i'm looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent with 2 of my girlfriends in Denver. Ayayay!
