Chef Ewald Notter = chocolate perfection <3 <3 <3
I got to watch Chef Notter do a chocolate showpiece demonstraion on campus tuesday. I was mesmerized by the way he moves and handles the chocolate, he reminded me of the passion and art that attracted me to this profession! Here is some of his work:

I also got to watch Thomas Keller do a demo last week, another extremely talented Chef. I was honored to be in both of these artists presence!
