i had a relaxed week at work, i t was nice. yesterday we had a class on stretching properly and we actually did a full stretching work-out. we are so focused on weights and cardio that i never even considered flexibility as a pillar of fitness. i am actually sore today but it was a good workout so i think i will try ot do that at least once a week. i am also starting a new program which i hope will help me to gain weight. i start it next week and it is designed to put on lean muscle mass. i hope to gain a pound a week so about six months from now i should have gained 20 pounds or so which is my target. i took kuma shopping the other day and i bought him a spiked collar. i keep catching him checking himself out in teh mirror. i think he feels pretty bad ass now.
