Almost a month later:
Been so busy prepping parents' house for sale that I have not been staying up late b4 going to bed. I am so exhausted and sick of cleaning (*distracted by a dust molecule, he reaches for the windex instictively before stopping himself*). The good news is that it all paid off. The house was on the market for one day before it sold. We got our asking price, and part of me wonders if Ma and Pa could have gotten more if they had been patient and waiting for the buyers to start hissing at each other.

I understand that it is not only illegal but "unethical" for the real estate agent to tell buyers what other buyers are offering (and therefore starting an auction process and a bidding war). Why is this illegal? You can do this at any auction, it happens all the time on ebay. The real estate agent is a salesman, why shouldn't he encourage buyers to open their wallets a little wider? Unethical my ass. Gimme the phone and I'll tell everyone what each buyer is offering.
My World of Warcraft playing is also suffering, lol. Haven't been kicking as much ass lately. I intend to pick this up a lot in the near future, but with finances so low, I might need to settle for working at food lion until a good job comes along. how unambitious! I just need to keep reminding myself that the reason I am working at Food Lion is for my beloved WoW. Sigh. Maybe I should work at the Outback Steakhouse in Huntersville instead. I have plenty of experience working at restaurants and instantly fell in love with the most adorable hostess on the planet.
I was strongly considering leaving SG for the last few months. I still am, but now I wonder what I will be missing. The last few days/weeks, have been interesting. I was getting bored, but then I saw Angela, Strix, Sky, Opium, Dierdre, Tita, and Tao. Some of these are not new SG's but this was the first time I had seen any of them. Wow, Sky and Strix are both ending up in my favorites. Soooo hot! Even after . . . still hard. (*sigh*) Can I take one home? Both? Tao is quite something too. Her photographer deserves major kudos for a lovely job capturing her best assets: her smile and her eyes.
What they really need to keep me interested is to avoid rejecting Awesome sets from Rox! How could they! That woman is gorgeous! I am such a sucker for redheads!
Well, I'll try to be more timely with my updates now, not that anyone reads my journal. Although, I imagine I'm going to catch hell for a certain comment I made in Andromeda's journal.
