Well today was interesting... had a little scare with a friend today. No one could contact him and no one could get him up at home. Finally he came too and he was ok thank god... He had a really bad migraine and nothing could wake him up it turned out.... just super glad he is ok.

Then....

I came home to find cat barf alllllllll over the my bedroom floor, which in turn made me puke!!! I love my cats but GEEZ. Then an hour later I'm walking and step into another pile of puke. Im over it!!!! LOL.

Maybe my workout today will relieve some stress....
