Thank you all very much for your support to all that been there for me on Suicide you dont know how much thats means to me i thank you very much :-) well i still have a lot of momments where i cant sleep good sometimes not at all



But im getting better dealing with things and im off work for a month right now so i have plenty of time to relax and gather myself again its hard at times knowing a wekk and a half ago my mother was still alive and before the long weekend she was coheirent but after we came back she wasnt it broke my heart to see her like that and i know in time things will get better well again i just want everyone to know thank you for your support you all been wonderful
