So, I put in an application with Ulta (make up/salon store), last night online. I heard back from the manager this morning! (WOW. well,I'm impressed). I put on the application, that I'm still working at Radio Shack. I'm not trying to get a part time with Ulta, I want full time. So -IF- I get the job at Ulta, I'll put in my 2 weeks notice with Radio Shack.
I'm going to go see the hiring manager at the RS I got interviewed at and ask her if I can re locate for the time being, but if i can't, I might put in my 2 weeks notice today if my manager won't let me trade my off days or hours.
He's such an ass..Ugh. My manager has only been working at Radio Shack for 2 months and seriously has not learned how to treat his employee's fairly or nicely. I hate working at this location...Not only do the employee's annoy me with their rudeness and lack of helping me, but so does the manager. They decide to train me LATE on how do to returns (WHICH, they didnt really teach me at all and kept getting annoyed when I'd ask what to do BECAUSE I WAS NEVER TRAINED ON IT). It -really- pisses me off. When customer's aren't in, they won't let me sit down, for 5 seconds, so I have to stand for 8-9 hours, come home and my feet are swollen and red.
I was really excited to have this job..but that was before I knew they were unfair and unjust. And like I've said before. I have nothing against Radio Shack, I love working there and helping the customers, I love learning about the register and everything, I just dislike the enviorment, a lot. So..I really want this job at Ulta.
