Tonight I went to a Weight Watcher's meeting and signed up and got my plan organized, especially with the point system. I love it. If I would've known how to portion everything a long time ago, it would've been great. But you know what, a new start is great.

Good luck with it, wish you all the best with that. I've been restarting my health kick myself lately. Just gotta stay off all delicious Chinese food, haha.

I think it makes it easier for me because I have Gerd, which is a heartburn/acid reflux disorder that can reduce with working out and eating change. So I guess its a gift in disguised
