Ugh, Im mad, Im fuming...
So Im watching the news and of course they break in with a pursuit, and living in L.A., Im kinda desensitized to watching pursuits cause they are on everyday but I watch this one because I was bored and it was near where some of my friends lived. So Im watching this thing, I called up my friends that lived there, they said they heard the sirens and helicopters but thats it & other people were calling them so I hung up with them and just watched it. And watched it. I would have stopped but this fucker was going like a 130 MPH with the headlights off so I figured there was something rad about to happen any fucking second.
So he keeps driving around and the pussy cops stop chasing him on the ground cause its too dangerous, in the meantime he is getting stuck in cul-de-sacs and deadends but because there's no cops, he just turns around. Um so basically if he kills or injures anyone now, its the fault of the cops for deciding to stop chasing him cause it was too dangerous in the first place. Idiots.
Like an hour goes by, he's hauling ass, the helicopters are having trouble keeping up, then the news anchors go "well we are gonna return you to our scheduled programming, watch the blahblahblah morning show to find out what happens"
WHAT THE FUCK!!!! I just spent an hour watching this piece of shit and now they are gonna quit cause its 12:30 and Fear Factor is supposed to come on. and it wouldnt really matter if another channel was covering it but no. So I missed what happened. For all I know it could still be going on or something rad could have happened already. ARGH!!!!!!!!
And this brings up why I hate police pursuits. and watching those police pursuit shows on TV. yeah those are shitty cause first off they arent gonna show anything too gnarly like a car flipping 19 times and bodies flying out of it. and if you noticed they'll have a camera shot from the helicopter but you still hear sirens and tires screeching. WTF is that? Am I too stupid to know that some jackass dubbed in those sound effects cause how the hell is a camera from a helicopter supposed to pick it up. Its 1500 feet away and a couple feet away from the fucking engine and rotor blades blaring.
Im so mad I want to uppercut someone into orbit or stomp them like they were a tortilla chip. But no. Although imagining that I could actually do that is kinda cool. heh
