Carice van Houten, the actress that plays Melisandre on Game of Thrones is apparently a kick-ass musician. I love her beautifully haunting voice.

I've been invited as a cosplay guest to the Fear Fete "Rave of Thrones" featuring Kristian Nairn (Hodor)! I'll be debuting a rave/modern version of the Red Priestess herself, Melisandre, and I'm so freakin' excited!!!
The night may not be too dark, but I'm sure there will be at least a few terrors. ;)

Every so often I'm pulled back to this beautiful film. It's about the most romantic and sensual movie I've ever seen. Don't expect any action or gore from this one, it's instead exceedingly moody and subtle (similar to the original Let the Right One In).
I think it's the soundtrack that gets me every time though. *wistful sigh*
