I spent 4 hours at the hospital yesterday.
They had to do a glucose test so I had to drink this nasty Glucose drink, and then they had to draw my blood every hour.
On top of that, I had to fast for 10 hours, which turned into about 13 hours by the time I got to the hospital, then another 4 hours at the hospital, and an hour to get to anywhere that I could get food.
So yeah, that was no fun.
I'm not sure yet how the tests turned out, but I'm sure it'll turn out fine

I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end - just remember you can guilt your child for this when you need to most.
