What do you see?
When you look at me

Do you see the person I am
or the person I have become.
When you look at me
Do you see all the objects I have overcome.

When you stare at me
Do you see the passion in my eyes?
Or do you see a history of painful cries?

When you hold me
Do you feel my loving presence?
Or do you feel just another body?

When you touch me
Do you feel the sensation run through my veins?
Or do you just want one thing, and forget about all the rest?

When we kiss
Can you feel my lips?
When we make love
Can you feel me as if we are one?

I am strong just so you know..
I will not stay..but I will go
I know what I see..
Someone who does not love me.
