"funny thing about regret is, is that it's better to regret something you've done, that to regret not doing something"

is this true?? i don't think so.. i fucking hate regret.. i'll just be standing there and BAM some random thing from the past will just explode in my head and all the original regret and emotion will just soar through my heart afresh..

this...

Yeah, I know how that goes. It happens to me every once in a while, too. Don't beat yourself up too much about things that are in the past... They're in the past and there's nothing you can do about that, so why stress?

It's usually pretty good to have someone to talk to, also.

the dirt is a good book, once i started reading, i couldn't put it down and was forced to radicate* it..

oh hey, in the bargain trader today i saw a scooterchair for only 250!! that's a steal in today's market...

cirque is AWESOME, i've only been able to see the videos they make and haven't gone to a live show... this your first time?

crue: it's pretty good so far. i noticed their co-author is the same one as in jenna's book which i really liked alot.

scooterchair: radication to the 5th power!

cirque: i've only seen the videos at tony & guy in the shampoo area and on tv but never in person. i can't wait!

Ok, so i was thinking about moving to this small town in Washington... and the girl i was thinking of moving in with was telling me all these reasons i wouldn't like it..

for ex: it's a small town, a bunch of mom and pop shops, a bunch of porch sitting, old buildings, you know everyone in a week, it rains all the time, etc......

Holy shit, you ARE getting old. tongue Right on though, man. I come from a small town. They're pretty great. Gets boring from time to time, but they're great.

As for the recommendation, Cain is a good song, as well as Carry Your Cross and I'll Carry Mine, and Gaia. All are awesome songs, in my book.

A lot of people aren't too into the oldschool gothic sound, so you may or may not like them, depending on your musical taste I guess. Let me know what you think, though.

i've always lived in larger cities (tampa, st. louis, phx) but the few years i had to live in nc (although i was only 30 minutes from raleigh/durham) were some of my most boring times. tongue

i've never actually been to washington but it appears to be beautiful from the photos i've seen.

well, let's see.. today i heard some woman receive a phone call from her friend telling her that she better go and get gas before it jumped up to 3 bucks a gallon and she got all disturbed and excited about the whole thing...

i, on the other hand, remain intensely apathetic about the whole situation.. and in fact, i feel that way about most...

I'm the same way. While I can see and understand WHY people get their panties in a bunch over the gas situation, I honestly don't care very much at all. As long as I can afford to pay my rent and get groceries, I'm fine.

I like to think that we're better off in our apathy rather than peole who are overzealously emotional about things. We know we won't be getting any ulsers any time soon.
vorbei:
funny, i got a call like that. it was my mom from back east warning me to hurry and get gas because she assumed if it was $3.80 in NC it must be well over $4 here... heh.

Well, for work today i got to meet DMX. Nice guy, but a bit arrogant. I think he was hoping for me to say something like "hey i enjoy your music" or something like this, but i don't, really, so i didn't. I kinda wanted to ask him about what i heard him being caught up for impersonating an fbi agent, but was intimidated.. maybe...

Someone gave me a bike:

I have always tried to find some meaning in life. I have a college degree in biochemistry and religion. I thought maybe there would be something similar between them. I found one underlying theory. In science its the first law of physics, for every action there is an equal in opposite reaction. In biochemistry, emotion is the simple reaction to...
