Spent the weekend house-sitting with Handsome_Jack. It was so much fun getting to make a nice meal together! Most of the time I just kind of hunt for something that tastes good with minimal time and effort, but it' actually really nice to take the time if you have someone great to do it with.
Which brings me to my next topic of pictures. Apparently there is some really good natural light at this place and my Siamese mix Buffy made the perfect test subject; you'll actually get to see her a few times in the set because we were using one of her favorite spots and she wanted it back. And my love was so excited about the way the pictures came out that he finished all the editing on them last night, so they'll probably be sent for MR approval today...I'll keep everyone posted on when they can expect to see those.
Which brings me to the last part of this; how long is too long for an old set to be up? I am pretty sure my first set is not going to leave MR for the front page, so I'm trying to decide how long to keep it around. (At this point it's just free material, right?) Any thoughts???
