I'm with you on the band not getting much done. It seems like that's how it goes sometimes, like you have these peaks and troughs of productivity. Good that stuff's happening with the othwr band, and with your own music. I've been in kind of a similar situation with my band recently, just sort of trucking along and not really progressing. But lately it seems like things are moving a bit more which has been good.

Yeah sometimes the right music can totally make you look at something differently, you notice the difference between tv shows and movies that get the soundtrack right and the ones that get it wrong. Having said that, I think that set of photos would have its effect on me no matter what I was listening to. Some things you just can't help but react to.
I hate days where I'm filled to the brim with creativity, but it's nearly impossible for me to produce what I'd truly like to create. I write things down to the best of my ability, but it's hardly enough to really reproduce it. And I'm not just talking about musically.
