well, its time for owen's weekly movie spot.
friday it was hellboy:

Good action flick, pretty faithful to the comic book, and a fun ride. sorta felt the Meyers character was extraineous(sp?).

saturday, the girl and I went to see the ladykillers:

God I would have sex with one/both of the Cohens if presented the chance. always amazing. This was a pretty amazing balance of dark stuff and comedy, but ended up being a little schizo in the fact that it felt less important or gravitas then their serious stuff and had less fun or joy de vivre then their fun stuff. still very good and a darkly comical romp.
