ok so I want to be sleeping right now but I can't so i figure I'll post instead.
Had a good time skiing today at Heavenly. They definitely have some good runs and I wouldn't mind going back but I am and always will be somewhat biased towards Homewood even though it's smaller and with fewer runs. I love the fact that it is more geared towards locals and not nearly as many tourists show which, sadly, usually means a few less accidents that require a hospital visit, and the runs are long! which I absolutely love! I hate feeling like I spend half my time in the lines to get up the hill. Homewood has a green run that takes about 30-45 min to get up to 'cause it starts from the top of the mountain and goes all the way down and takes about an hour to get down. I'm usually tired after about 2-3 times on that run but it is always fun with great views.
But I took some pictures so I'll be posting those tomorrow/later today (-_-) along with some from my last trip to S.F. which was fun. Now I just need to get Louie to Carmel and Monterey. ^_^
Oh and I think I'm going to post some pics of my friend 'drew's cakes that he's been doing in school. So far everyone has been impressed with what they've seen and so am I. And I'm going to go bug him from the 20-22 next month 'cause harassing him is soo much fun! And then I'm going to be going back for his graduation in March! ^_^
And on a side note I am happy that I have been working ahead on all my homework so that I don't have to stress about it and it really does make my weeks easier. Now I just need to work with Louie on his pharmacology since he hasn't even really started it yet and maybe help him with his vocab. so that he gets better scores on our tests. We shall see, we shall see.
