I made this video today to share with all you. I will apologize in advance for the rambling I do.I hope to get better at speaking in these videos as time goes on.


I will make a video every week to document my progress. At the end of my 8 weeks I will reward myself with a little makeover. Maybe a new wardrobe and some new tattoos wink

That isn't how normal people feel at all, hun. You're already doing better than most "normal" people. You've seen the same stuff that I have, though, so you know. =) I'm very happy for you, though, hun. I'm also glad to hear that Cooper's training is going well too. =) I can't wait to see your progress.

I'm so happy for you! I'm really excited for you to get healthy and really enjoy life. I've had digestive issues for years, and while they're basically under control, I too had to make changes to my diet and there was a time when I felt sick all the time and really felt life was pointless if I was in so much pain.

You reminded me of how lucky I am now smile I really hope you reach your goal, and you can live a pain free life. Good luck!
