Hey guys, so @missy and @rambo have asked us to write about our favourite set and the day we shot it....
So i'm going to tell you about my latest set THE ONLY EXCEPTION shot by UK SG's finest staff photographer @gemmaedwardsuk.
I am from the UK but I travel alot, and I have been living in NZ for the last 3 years...I've always wanted to work with Gemma, she is one of the reasons I wanted to model for SG, to shoot with her! I have followed her work for a few years prior to applying for Suicide Girls, so naturally I wanted so bad for her to shoot a set for me. I booked a trip back to the UK to go to Glastonbury so I was like this is my moment! I had a very short window whilst I was in the UK to shoot as I hadn't been home to see the fam in 2 years. Gemma was going away on holiday during my dates, but luckily she was really amazing and managed to squeeze me in before she went away!
The shoot itself took place in Portsmouth, a little town by the sea in the south of England. I travelled down with my mum and sister and we made a weekend out of it. The airbnb we hired was a gorgeous townhouse that had been styled so perfectly! I fell in love!
As soon as I met Gemma we got on so well and chatted heaps about life and music and SG and loads of things. We were shooting for a while because we had such good chats in between shots haha! It was so good to finally meet her and create a magic set for you all!
