Good eeeeeeeevening!!
I'm so tired my eyes feel like they're on fire.
I should go to bed I guess, but there's two conflicting feelings running through my head that are keeping me awake. On the one hand I feel too miserable to describe, for reasons that you will know already, but on the other I feel so excited and happy that I can't stop grinning to myself like a complete idiot!! Mainly because of what I found out on saturday night...one person on here will know what I mean and hopefully they'll be feeling the same way. Bring on the holiday

So... what have I been filling the hours with this week? The usual boring crap...I apologise in advance, but at least it's slightly broken up with some more pics for your amusement.
Yesterday I took Humbug for a hack for nearly 3 hours and I had such a good time it's unreal. He was being so good (for the most part) and was jumping really well. I'm hoping to take him to the cross country trials in a couple of months...I can't wait! But got a lot of training to do before then. Hard work on the horizon......


These were taken in the morning when I got there...he still doesn't like that muzzle bless him.
Anyway, when we got back to the stables I was walking him round in the lower field to cool off and he decided to start acting the fool and trying his hardest to gallop off up the hill, which resulted in this happening...

Don't worry, I didn't fall, but I think I've pulled something or trapped a nerve because I can't move my wrist too well
The afternoon was spent underwear shopping with my mum and sister, who was stocking up on new stuff for her move to Vancouver (for a year!)

Today I woke up to my (very overgrown) garden looking very damp. I don't know why I took this pic to be honest, I just think that rain makes everything look so pretty and the grass smells good

I was in a funny mood this morning, y'know where you just can't be bothered to do what you have to do, but instead just mess around and act stupid. Well, my mum was taking daft photos of me on her new phone

This was after I discovered I only had twenty minutes to get to work

Another uneventful day was spent at toys r us, which only became briefly interesting at the arrival of a very rude and complete bitch of a customer who wanted a cash refund on a faulty item, even though she'd paid on her card for it. When I explained to her that I could refund her for it but only in the original payment method (i.e. card) she kicked off and went a bit mental at me, screaming she wanted the cash. However she did shut up when I told her that that would be classed as refund fraud and she could get arrested I love it.
And you know what else I love? My work shirt. Yes, that's right. It's teh sex

I also love the responsibility and power that comes along with it
And yeah, I know I shouldn't have had my phone on me at work but I forgot to put it away after lunch. The reason I'm so exhausted is I spent the majority of the afternoon reworking this bitch of a storeroom, which involved nearly falling off a ladder and knocking myself out with a box....several times.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, to bring this journal to a close...I had a very nice long bath, now I'm curled up in my comfy red t-shirt, with my hair still dripping wet and smelling of strawberries rather like this....


And so to bed. Time to knock back two sleeping pills to block out the unwanted thoughts and dreams, and wake feeling refreshed and glad to be where I am
