Wow, almost 2007!

What's new with me, you ask? Well, let me tell you...

Holiday time has been nice. It's been spent with a large amount of family. This year I've found myself happy watching all my young nieces/nephews/other kids open up presents and seeing them freak out with joy. Maybe that means I'm getting old... who knows.

I've gotten a Wii game, Marvel Ultimate Alliance. It's ok... not great... my sister who knows nothing about games got it for me. I'm still going to give it a chance. I also got a gift card for Mark's Work Wearhouse from dad. A gift card for the LCBO from my other sister. While my mom was up to visit, she bought be some new boots for winter. And various odds and ends on top of that. I still have a gift exchange at my brother's tomorrow. He was out of town at his wife's mother's all week.

My new job is very good. I'm so glad I took the chance on this place. It's been pretty dead during the holidays too. I played flash games for a good part of my day. My supervisor bought us beer today too. I'm quite happy with it.

I also went out last weekend with a girl. It was the only the 2nd time I'd met/been out with her. Ended up staying overnight. I'm not sure that I'm looking for anything long term, and I was honest about that. I just don't know what I really want for myself anymore.

My friend Mike had to get his appendix taken out on Boxing Day too. Apparantly he had a reaction to some medicine they gave him, and he couldn't breathe, and had large problems. I'm glad he's ok now. He's one of my best friends, and I'd hate to see anything worse happen to him.

Uh... if there's anything else, I've forgotten it. Or it's not news-worthy.
