So I had to come up with a quick healthy meal so that I didn't have to throw away the country style ribs that were sitting in my fridge. I had taken them out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge Monday night and forgot about them.
So here is what I got, I'm gonna have it tomorrow for lunch.
Lemongrass Ginger Pork Salad
pound Pork, country-style ribs, raw, minced (about 4 boneless ribs)
1 tbsp serving Lee Mum Kee - Lemongrass Sauce,

Lemongrass Ginger Pork Salad
pound Pork, country-style ribs, raw, minced (about 4 boneless ribs)
1 tbsp serving Lee Mum Kee - Lemongrass Sauce,
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ginger root
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp table salt, to taste
1 Tsp black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
cup green tea
4 cup mixed greens
Pulse 4 boneless Pork country-style ribs in food processor to a course mince add the ground ginger sesame seeds and lee kum kee lemongrass sauce and pulse again to thoroughly combine
Finely chop the garlic and ginger add it to a heated wok with the sesame oil.
Stir fry the pork mixture and deglaze wok with the green tea let reduce for 10 minutes
Serve over Mixed baby Greens
