Bill Bellamy is the least funny black guy I could imaging in fact least funny person ever, He just isn't fucking funny! Condilisa Rice can deliver a joke better then this motherfucker. Its not a race thing either because there are plenty of unfunny white people Rosy O'donnel for example. However Billy Boy (again not a racial slur) is awful.
