Ache Ridden Post
This is my Knee
OK so its a pic I found online of a knee that hurts on account of a strain. My knee also hurts on account of a strain. so I put 2 and 2 together.
This is what my knee should look like
Whats the point? Well its simple, I am avoiding doing more damage at the gym so NO CARDIO.
The only benefit of this is that I'm focusing on the "CORE" workouts which means I have been doing mostly PLANKS. Oh Planks and I have been humping that ridiculous Ball around the Gym mats
there is a mental image for you. hahahhaaaa
anyway im down to 270lbs and i started at about 285lbs so at least it's working.
