1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup Tequila
3 Tbls Olive Oil
1 Tbls Black Pepper
1 Tbls Dry Cilantro
1 Tbls Minced Garlic
1 Tbls Course Salt
Asian Sesame Marinade
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinigar
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
3 Tbls Toasted Sesame Oil
3 Tbls Soy Sauce
1 Tbls Black Pepper
1 Tbls Grated Ginger
1 Tbls Minced Garlic
1 Tbls Toasted Sesame Seeds
Spicy Italian Marinade
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 Tbls Basil
1 Tbls Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbls Dry Oragano
1 Tbls Minced Garlic
1 Tbls Lemon Juice
1 Tbls Lemon Zest
Then just bake at 450 for an hour
