I was all ready to make a trip out to New York get my driver's license. Why New York and not Massachusetts? Well it has a lot to do with excise tax, and breaks down something like this...
So long story short I intend to Scam New York out of a driver's license until I scrape up the cash to throw away back on Cape Cod.
So this Scam requires me to have enough "Proof of ID" to qualify to get a NY ID, and I thought I was all set with my Passport and all...BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. My passport says my name is Louise not Louis (take it easy on me here folks, last thing I wanna read now is Louise / Louis jokes. I'll give you something else to rag on me about) so now I have to pay for a NEW passport and wait for it to arrive OR pay extra to have it "rushed" to me.
