Got back a few days ago from Colombia, JUST got all of my things unpacked today! I always pack so much stuff, like I'm being shipped off for three months, when it was actually only three weeks. I went with someone who grew up in the capital, Bogotá . We were there for awhile, then bopped around a few other places, one of them being Giradot (I think that's how you spell it). Then we went to San Andrés, which was BEAUTIFUL!!! I fell in love with the beaches and ocean right away! <3 I can't wait to take another trip there so I can explore more parts of the Colombia!
It really was a life-altering trip, it's finally fueled up enough of a fire in me to start going to school again! I've had to deal with numerous family members telling me that if I didn't go to college IMMEDIATELY after high school, I would never go. I knew that all I needed was time.
With my NEW (amazing) job, I'm probably just going to do online classes for now, just enough to get me back in the swing of doing school work again. THEN after a year or so of that, I really want to move to the state of the school i want to attend (that way I'll have a chance of getting in-state tuition, lower my costs). So yeah, I'm feeling very excited about life right now!!
I had a slight mishap with my camera while in San Andrés, so when I get it fixed I'll make sure to share so images of my travels!!
