so i think i got scammed outta 250 off ebay. i bought a xbox 360 off ebay last weekend and this fri i get an email saying that i should be careful because of the way that he asks people to pay for the items (bidpay) (thanks for letting me know that a week after the thing ended)
so i called my bank let them know what happened, they are gonna mail me the forms i need to get my money back. and i need to contact BidPay to get my money faster, and then the attourny general to report the scam.... then maybe my lawyer.
but when i was looking in my emails i noticed something.... I GOT THE DUDE'S NUMBER! so i call and get his VM where is says if this has to do with a ebay purchase leave your name number and the item number and he will get back to you asap. only thing is that his VM box is full.
but i decided to give this guy the benefit of the doubt and wait till the expected delivery date before i take action.
but on a lighter note look at my dog's halloween costume

I sure hope you get your money or the 360. And that dog looks adorable - you should take him trick or treating! I wonder if people would give him doggy treats? ,o)
