Make suure to posst the recipe if it turnns ouut great..Or even if it tturns out just plain good. I made a TON of things in my crockpot last winter...The biggest successes were these bean stew things....Beans of your choice, lots of veggies, water but not too much , stock and some seasoning, and sometimes I think there was some veggie sausage or seitan or something, bragg's etc..
I'd let them cool all day while I was at work/school....it was the best thing to come back to after a cold snowy day..
